Back to the ROOTs!

It's always a pleasure to go back to basics. With a hectic week replete with neck-breaking amount of work, a break to something mundane and naturally rustic is more than welcome. And this is what happened this weekend!

Lazing around and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is nothing short of heaven!

Some of the best things in life are those kept Simple! Said so we were loving an environment where the huts were made entirely of mud and organic materials including the colours on the walls, vedic motifs and entertaining company..what more could i have asked for!

P.S - Looooove the look of the place. The lantern for the only source of light after sunset against the beautiful backdrop of the Aravalli range is simply splendid! I also adored the fact that there were simply no TVs in the resort, just to prove that life is so much better lived without it.

Finally leave you with the beautiful look of thatched roof and the wonderful natural colour of the marigold flower on the walls..... Cant wait for another beautiful break like this again!
